The Role We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the passionate team; you will be working alongside a dedicated team of 20 chefs. If you have the following, we want to hear from you: 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end brasserie or restaurant Proven experience in a similar role within well-regarded venues A background in well-structured kitchens, with strong foundations and attention to detail Ideally, exposure to European kitchens or cuisine Confident running the pastry section and working autonomously Strong time management and a genuine understanding of cooking from scratch Calm, composed and consistent under pressure Excellent communication skills — you’ll be a key voice in the kitchen A genuine desire to grow, develop and take the next step in your career If you have a passion for French cuisine and love a busy, fast-paced restaurant that prides itself on service and execution, then this is the role for you.
